Intellectual Property
All content including recipes, downloads, branding, and course materials is the property of The Vital Menu unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Purchases & Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe. All digital sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy for Classes and Programs

Refund requests for live or scheduled classes must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the class start date. Approved refunds will be issued minus a 5% processing fee to cover payment processing costs. Refunds requested within 7 days of the class start date are not guaranteed and may be issued at the sole discretion of The Vital Menu. No refunds will be issued after a class or program has begun unless otherwise required by
law. Digital products, downloadable materials, and self-paced programs are non-refundable once
access has been granted.

Minimum Enrollment Requirement
The Vital Menu reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class or program if minimum enrollment is not met. If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, participants will be offered either a full refund (including processing fees) or the option to transfer their registration to a future session.

Limitation of Liability
The Vital Menu and Lisa Mason are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
